A petition has been presented to said Court by Robert D. Fratus, Jr of Harwich, MA, representing that he holds as tenants in common undivided part or share of certain land lying in Harwich in said County, and briefly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the premises at a stake and stone, then Easterly in the range of the lands of Edmond Young, Jr. and Nathanial Young to Jacob Crowell's land, then Southerly by said Jacob Crowell's range to a brush fence owned by said Ednond Young, thence Westerly as the fence now stands until it comes to the comer of the fence at the Southwest comer of the premises, thence Northerly in the range of the lands owned by John Young to the first mentioned bounds, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. Being the same premises conveyed by Edmond Young to Freeman Eldridge by deed dated June 4, 1828 and recorded with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Book 10 Page 110. setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided. If you desire·to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the afternoon on July 27, 2026, the return day of this citation.
