Commonwealth of Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Department Bristol, ss Docket No.: BR26E0006PP Citation on Petition for Partition To Michael Braz and to all other persons interested. A Petition has been presented to said Court by Jennifer Duhancik of Fall River, MA in the County of Bristol representing that they hold as Joint Tenants, an individed share of certain land lying in Fall River in the County of Bristol and briefly described as follows: The land in Fall River, Massachusetts, on the northerly side of Tower Street, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner thereof, at a point on the northerly side of Tower Street two hundred twenty and 20/100 (220.20) feet westerly from the Stafford Road, by land now or formerly of Manuel P. Araujo, et al; thence running northerly by said last named land and in line of the fence, eighty-five (85) feet for a corner; thence westerly sixty-one and 92/100 (61.92) feet for a corner; thence southerly eighty-five feet (85) feet to said Tower Street; and thence easterly along the northerly line of said Tower Street Sixty-two and 3/10 (62.3) feet to the place of beginning, containing nineteen and 36/100 (19.36) square rods of land more or less. setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be orded to make sale and conveyane of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof. If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the first day of May 2026, the return day of this citation.
