Citation on Petition for Partition
To Michael A. Saraiva, of Bristol, RI, Kimberly A. Mendes of North Dartmouth in the County of Bristol and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Kathleen M. Trafka f/k/a Kathleen M. Ferreira of Somerset, MA in said County representing that they hold as Joint Tenants, an undivided share of certain land lying in Somerset in said County and briefly described as follows:
The land in Somerset, Bristol County, Massachusetts, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, bounded and described as follows:
Northeasterly by Shove Street, one hundred seventy-seven and 82/100 (177.82) feet;
Northwesterly by land now or formerly of Harrison C. Frost; et al and a stone wall, ninety and 00/100 (90.00) feet;
Northwesterly by land now or formerly of said Frost and a stone wall one hundred seventy-seven and 46/100 (177.46) feet;
Southeasterly by Lot #19 on plan of land hereinafter described, Ninety and 00/100 (90.00) feet.
Containing 15,988 square feet of land.
Being designated as Lots #20-#25 inclusive on plan of land entitled "Montaup Gardens, Somerset, Bristol Co., Mass. Owned by Everett C. Wells; dated June 13, 1925 and recorded with Bristol County Fall River District Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 14, Page 143.
The street address of this land is 135 Shove Street, Somerset, Massachusetts.
setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less then Five Hundred Sixty Thousand ($560,000.00) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Taunton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the eighth day of May 2026, the return day of this citation.
