Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs Five Year Consolidated Plan and Strategy for 2026-2030 One Year Action Plan and Projected Use of Funds for Program Year October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027 The Lakeland City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the One-Year Action Plan and Projected Use of Funds for the City's Community Development Block Grant Program (52nd Year) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (32nd Year). The Consolidated Plan & Action Plan outline the long term and short-term objectives and the projected use of funds for the program year October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031.
