Community Notice The City of Corpus Christi Public Works Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1 ), hereby gives notice of the City of Corpus Christi's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Highway 286 and FM 763. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Oso Creek from a point approximately 6200' west of Highway 286 at Church Unlimited upstream to a point approximately 5100' east of FM 763. As a result of the revision, the floodway will widen and/or narrow, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations will increase and/or decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and/or narrow within the area of revision.
