Community Number 125157, Community Name: Village of Wellington The Village of Wellington, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Village's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 120th Avenue S. and Lake Worth Road in Wellington. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-5064R for a proposed project with onsite lakes. JR Evans Engineering, P.A. is proposing to update the FIRM, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Models as part of the development of a vacant parcel of land into a proposed single-family residential development. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along several unnamed ponding areas and lakes. 1. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will increase and be established within the area of revision. 2. The SFHA will widen, narrow and be established within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Village of Wellington government offices located at 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, FL 33414.
