Bank's Subdivision of part of East Half (1/2) of Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 21 and part of East Half (1/2) of Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 28, Township 44 North, Range 1 East of the Third Principal Meridian, the Plat of which first named Subdivision is recorded in Book 11 of Plats on Page 44 in the Recorder's Office of Winnebago County, Illinois, the East and West lines of said premises being parallel with the West line of said lot; situated in the County of Winnebago and State of Illinois.
