(CCBC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, Florida-licensed General Contractors for construction services related to the RJE Building Modernization – Phase III Project located at 1050 Pine Street, Starke, Florida 32091. Estimated construction budget: approximately $850,000. The project includes interior and exterior modernization, including electrical upgrades, HVAC installation, roofing improvements, restroom renovations, flooring, painting, and related site work.
