Construction Inspection Services for the Speedway WWTP Expansion Project within the Town of Speedway, Indiana. The Town of Speedway is requesting proposals for construction inspection services for the Speedway Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) expansion project until 3:30 PM on April 28, 2026. Letters of Interest must be submitted electronically as a PDF to Speedway Town Manager, Grant A. Kleinhenz at gkleinhenz@speedwayin.gov. LOIs shall be limited to twelve (12) 8 ½" x 11" pages that include identification, qualifications, key staff, and project approach. Any submission made after the deadline will not be considered. Consultants will be selected by a committee composed of representatives from both the Town's administration and public works for recommendation to the Town Council.
