Consumer Confidence Report The Champlain Water District (CWD) Consumer Confidence Report, titled "Annual Water Quality Report", is available as required under the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. A postcard notice of electronic availability will be distributed to CWD served systems: Town of Shelburne, City of Essex Junction, Essex Town, City of South Burlington, Town of Williston, Town of Milton, City of Winooski, Village of Jericho, Colchester Fire District #1, Colchester Fire District #3, Colchester Town, and Malletts Bay Water Company, during the week of June 15, 2026. The Report can also be obtained free of charge by calling the Champlain Water District at (802) 864-7454, or any of the CWD served municipal water systems: Shelburne, South Burlington, Winooski, Williston, Colchester Fire District #1, Colchester Fire District #3, Colchester Town, Malletts Bay Water Company, Essex Junction, Essex Town, Milton, and the Village of Jericho.
