NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the York Building Products Co., Inc. will receive proposals for Contract 2025-01 until 2:00 PM on January 7, 2026. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM the same day on January 7, 2026 at the York Airport Terminal Building, 6054 West Lincoln Highway, Thomasville, PA 17364.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on December 18, 2025; 10:00 AM at the York Airport Terminal Building, 6054 West Lincoln Highway, Thomasville, PA 17364.
The drawings, specifications and other contract documents are on file and open to the public for inspection during normal business hours at the terminal building. The prospective Bidder is encouraged to contact the airport receptionist for review of documents at 717.792.5566 for information on where the documents are located within their office and any special procedures for accessing the documents. These documents are also available for review at the office of the ENGINEER, GFT Infrastructure, Inc., 615 West Highland Avenue Ebensburg, PA 15931, Telephone: 814.419.7959. Contract documents, proposal forms and drawings may be obtained from the ENGINEER, for Free (electronic). Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. The York Building Products Co., Inc. expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents.
Wages as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under this contract. All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual.
