Contractors Needed for Weatherization Assistance Program ACTION, Inc. is accepting qualified contractors for the Federally Funded Weatherization Assistance Program administered through The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA). ACTION, Inc. provides Weatherization Services in 14 counties, Barrow, Clarke, Dekalb, Elbert, Greene, Gwinnett, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Rockdale and Walton. Contractor qualifications are as follows: $2,000,000 in general liability insurance plus workers compensation insurance and current state of Georgia business license, BPI certifications or the ability to secure certifications are preferred, Certified Lead Renovator.
