County KK Pavement Repairs OFFICIAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given by Outagamie County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for Project 592400, CTH KK Pavement Repairs (Calumet St) STH 441 to Coop Rd, until 2:00 p.m., local time on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in the office of the Outagamie County Highway Department located at 1313 Holland Road, Appleton, WI 54911. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time and date. The project includes removal and replacement of concrete pavement panels, concrete pavement joint replacement, concrete driveway replacement, and spot curb and gutter replacement, and all other items necessary to complete the work shown on the plans. Contract documents, plans, and bid specifications can be downloaded from the Outagamie County website (https://www.outagamie.gov/Business-Development/Bids-Proposals) under Bids & Proposals or by contacting Michael Morman, P.E., Assistant Highway Engineer, by email (Michael.Morman@outagamie.org) or by phone (920) 832-5673.
