County U Landscaping OFFICIAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given by Outagamie County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for County U Landscaping until 2:00 P.M., local time on the 19th day of March, 2026, in the office of the Outagamie County Highway Department located at 1313 Holland Road, Appleton, WI 54911. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time and date. The work under this bid includes pulverizing and fine grading of topsoil and furnishing and installing various seed and fertilizer mixtures, mulching and erosion control materials on the County U highway reconstruction project.
