County of Ontario Bid Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario (the "County"), will receive sealed bids for IFB# B26047 Hillside Water Tank Retrofit Project. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read.
There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Said meeting will be held at the Hillside Water Tank, 4881 McGrane Rd, Romulus, NY 14541, Canandaigua, New York. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. This will be the only opportunity to view the site.
Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may be downloaded from the County's e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ontariocountyny.
Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered by the vendor. Said bid bond shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal.
