DECISION NOTICE TO JEWETT CITY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES SEWERAGE DIVISION CUSTOMERS Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Jewett City Department of Public Utilities – Sewerage Division has the following changes approved at the special meeting, duly posted, of the Board of Commissioners on February 26, 2026, following a public hearing regarding the same held February 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.: The Jewett City Department of Public Utilities approval to a rate restructure to the sewerage treatment plant fees for the use of the Borough's sewerage system as follows: $115.00 customer charge per ERU and $2.15 per CCF billed quarterly. The foregoing increase is to become effective on April 1, 2026, for wastewater bills issued on or after that date. Dated at Jewett City, Connecticut, this 27th day of February 2026.
