DEQ NOTICE OF TIER II PERMIT APPLICATION FILING A Tier II application for an air quality Operating Permit for a Major Facility has been filed with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) by applicant, Cooling Tower Composites and Fabrication, Inc. located at 2163 Hwy 81, Chickasha, OK 73018. The applicant requests approval to operate a reinforced plastic composite products facility at the Cooling Tower Composites Facility located at 2163 Hwy 81, Chickasha, OK 73018, Section 8, Township 7N, Range 7W in Grady County. The application may be reviewed at the Chickasha Public Library located at 527 W Iowa Avenue, Chickasha, OK 73018 or at the Air Quality Division's main office (see address below). Additionally, the application may be obtained in an electronic form by direct request of the Chief Engineer by the methods listed below. The status of all permit applications is also available for review in the Air Quality Section of DEQ's Web Page: //www.deq.ok.gov/ After reviewing the application, the DEQ will prepare either a draft permit or a draft denial. At that time another notice will be published about where to review the draft, how to submit written comments on the draft and request a public meeting.
