SEPA Determination: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency for consistency with KCC Title 17 Zoning, Title 19 Critical Areas, Title 22 Shoreline Master Program and Title 12 Stormwater. This information is available to the public on request. Comment Period: This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS. COMMENTS: The Department received one comment, from a neighbor, asking that NE Norheim be improved to accommodate the increase in traffic. Conditions: Project shall follow Stormwater controls and provisions in Title 12.Fire Apparatus access (Norheim Way) and access to building is required to meet the requirements of Kitsap County Road Standards or Kitsap County Title 14 and International Fire Code.
