DISSOLUTION NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ciccone Construction Incorporated, RD2, Honesdale, PA 18431, Wayne County, a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is winding up its affairs pursuant to the Business Corporation Law of Pennsylvania of 1988, and amendments thereto, and upon the filing of the Articles of Dissolution with the Pennsylvania Department of State, will be voluntarily dissolving as a corporation and no longer operating as a business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
