DISSOLUTION NOTICE Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Carl's Drug Store Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, having its former registered office at 145 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA17225, and the registered office is currently 145 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA 17225, intends to file Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the provisions of the Corporation Law by 15 Pa.C.S.§ 1975(b) or § 5975(b), and that said corporation is winding up/has wound up its affairs in the manner prescribed by said law, so that its corporate existence shall be terminated upon the filing of Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
