NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 23-1-45-7 of the Indiana Business Flexibility Act, as amended (the "Act"), that DMC Holdings, Inc., a corporation organized under the Act (the "Company"), with its principal place of business in Marion County, Indiana, has been voluntarily dissolved in accordance with Section 23-1-45-3, et seq. of the Act.
