DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Yardley Borough Sewer Authority (YBSA) online via the PennBid™ Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on July 1st, 2026, at which time the bids shall be opened for the following separate Contracts associated with "Joint Use Sanitary Sewer Improvements With Lower Makefield Township": CONTRACT NO. 26-01: LONGSHORE BYPASS AND BUCK CREEK BYPASS SECTION #1 CONTRACT NO. 26-02: BUCK CREEK BYPASS SECTION #2 AND BROCK CREEK REPLACEMENT The work consists of the construction of approximately 6,600 linear feet of new sanitary sewers and associated manholes in Yardley Borough, Bucks County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under two (2) unit price contracts. Only bids submitted online at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net by the date and time above will be considered and opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 16th, 2026, starting at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time at Yardley Borough Hall. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. YBSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
