Sealed bids will be received by the owner at the Dahlonegah Public Schools Board Room,468739 E. 878 Road, Stilwell OK, 74960 until 2pm local time on Tuesday November 11,2025 @ 2pm CST for the following project;

Bids will be accepted by:
- Sealed envelope
- Electronic Submittal (contact Construction Manager to submit electronically)
All BID PACKAGES: Doors, Frames, & Hardware (Supply), Lockers, Foodservice Equipment, Gymnasium Equipment, Fixed Seating, Low Voltage, A/V System, Security and Access Control, Septic System
Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time and read aloud during a public meeting at the location of the bid submission.
Bids submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids received more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the closing time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site and virtually via MS Teams on Tuesday October 28,2025 at 2:00pm. The Teams link will be sent out by CM Addendum. Deadline for RFI's and Substitutions will be Thursday October 30, 2025 @ 5pm.
Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Construction Manager upon a refundable deposit of $200.00 for each set. Electronic copies will be made available upon request. Bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Construction Manger free of charge. Bidding documents will be delivered to local construction plan rooms.
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) days after submission.
