Danby Fire District Requesting Proposals The Danby Fire District is requesting the following proposals for Ladder Testing, Hose Testing and Hard Suction Unit Testing per NFPA Standards: Hose Testing: Approx. 24450' to be tested on-site (1 location). Please quote per foot. Ladder Testing: Approx. 14 ladders/221' to be tested on-site (1 location). Please quote per foot. (4 Roof Ladders each 14'; 4 extension ladders each 24'; 4 attic ladders each 10'; 1 extension ladder at 40' and 1 combination ladder.) Hard Suction Units: 10 lengths of 2.5"; 14 lengths of 6" and 3 lengths of 3" Proposals may be sent to secretary@danbyfiredistrict.org to be received prior to July 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.. Proposals will be considered at the Danby Fire District meeting on July 14, 2026.
