Danvers Armory Network Infrastructure Overhaul (MA National Guard) Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 Under $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Network Infrastructure Overhaul project at the Danvers Armory, Danvers, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Construction and Facilities Management Office, (CFMO). The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal and disposal of all abandoned, outdated low-voltage communications cabling including, but not limited to, CAT3, CAT5, CAT5e, and coaxial cables, from their termination points back to the originating telecommunications closet and associated components. Replacement with a new, standardized TIA/EIA compliant CAT 6 cabling system, a new telecommunications rack, and a new conduit pathway to the vault to support modern network requirements. Fireproofing any new and existing penetrations through interior and exterior walls, floors, and ceiling as needed. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) formerly known as SOMWBA. The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by _June 5, 2026_ at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. (If project exceeds $150K) General Bids will be received until June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM General bids and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION.
