PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Minisink Planning Board will hold a Public
Hearing pursuant to Article III of the Land Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Minisink and
Section 276 of the Town Law of the State of New York on June 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be held) at Minisink Town Hall, 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown,
New York, on the application of David Ford for approval of a 3-lot residential
subdivision. The property involved is located on the west side of Cisco Road in the Town of
Minisink and is shown on the Town Tax Map as Section 7, Block 1, Lot 13.55. The property
consists of approximately 156+/- acres in the AR Zoning District.
Plans can be reviewed at Town Hall located at 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown, New York.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Planning Board at the
Public Hearing.
