Death and Claim Notice Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of PAUL LARSON MELLA, Deceased. Letters Testamentary were issued on February 18, 2026 to DANIEL P. MELLA, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Katherine E. Perry, Edwards Group LLC, 3223 S. Meadowbrook Road, Suite A, Springfield, IL 62711. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 200 S. 9th Street, Springfield, Il 62701, or with the Representative, or both, on or before September 4, 2026 or three months from the date the Representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
