Death and Claim Notice Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of EILEEN D. GEBHARDT, Deceased. Letters Testamentary were issued on April 14, 2026 to DON E. GEBHARDT and SUSAN J. JOHNSON, as Executors, whose attorney is Katherine E. Perry, Edwards Group LLC, 3223 S. Meadowbrook Road, Suite A, Springfield, IL 62711. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sangamon County Courthouse, 200 South Ninth Street, Springfield, Illinois 62701, or with the Representative, or both, on or before October 18, 2026 or three months from the date the Representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
