Delaware Dept. of Ag. - Pesticide Section Notice of Public Hearing Delaware Department of Agriculture, hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Delaware Department of Agriculture Building, 2320 South Dupont Hwy, Dover DE 19901. The purpose of the hearing is to address the Delaware Department of Agriculture's complaint against Brasure's Pest Control for violation of Title 3, Part II Chapter 12 of the Delaware Code, Specifically one count of violating 3 Del. C. §1224 (c)(2) ("Refusing or neglecting to keep and maintain records required by Chapter 12 of Title 3 of the Delaware Code, or to make reports when and as required.") The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the Delaware Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del. C. Chapter 101. A party has the right to present evidence, be represented by Delaware counsel, and to appear personally or by other representative.
