TAKE NOTICE that Anderson Operatin LLC has filed a petition with Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting that the Board grant the following relief: allow Anderson Operating, LLC to maintain the C. P. Long Et Al No. 2 well located in Section 10, Tl ON, R2W, Jefferson County, MS as an inactive well in accordance with Rule 28. The petition, also, asks for any related relief, as more particulars set forth in the petition. TAKE NOTICE, that the foregoing matter will be heard at the regular October, 2025 meeting to be held at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 15, 2025, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202, and any other place to which said meeting may be adjourned or convened, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and Petitioner's representative in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on October 7, 2025 (seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing).
