YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon the Attorneys for Plaintiff, Powers Kirn, LLC, 308 Harper Drive, Suite 210, Moorestown, NJ 08057, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action in which PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is Plaintiff and Julia A. Alexander , et al., are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within thirty-five (35) days after March 20, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, CN 971, 6th Floor, North Wing, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, in accordance with the rules governing the courts. A $175.00 filing fee payable to the Clerk of the Superior Court and a completed Case Information Statement must accompany your answer or motion.
The action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage dated May 16, 2013, recorded on June 6, 2013, in Book 9822 at Page 284 made by Julia A. Alexander to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Bank of America, N.A. and duly assigned to plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC , and concerns real estate located at 14 Farndale Road, Somerdale, NJ 08083, Block 129.02 Lot 54.
YOU, Julia A. Alexander , his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives and his/her, their, or any of their successors in right, title and interest are made a defendant because you are the maker of the bond/note and mortgage and/or an owner thereof and Plaintiff is unable to determine the whereabouts of the defendant, and therefore, does not know whether he/she is living or dead, and therefore, names as defendants Julia A. Alexander , his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives and his/her, their, or any of their successors in right, title and interest .
YOU, Ruth Alexander and Julie Alexander and Ocean Risk Retention Group Inc. and Warner Insurance Systemsare made a defendant because you are a lien holder in the above matter and so have an interest in the property being foreclosed as your lien or encumbrance is subject to Plaintiff's mortgage.
