Domestic Water Supply Information Request

Domestic Water Supply Information Request W. M. Beaty & Associates, Inc. is currently preparing a Timber Harvesting Plan (THP) located in Shasta County and Siskiyou County, California. As per the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, §1032.10, information is requested regarding surface domestic water use from Bear Creek, any other tributaries, and ditches within 1,000 feet downstream of the Timber Harvest Plan boundary so that those supplies may be adequately protected during operations. Responses to this notice are requested within 10 days of the postmark date of this publication. The THP is located adjacent to Highway 89, and north to the CAL FIRE Pondosa Fire Station. The legal description is: Sections 5 and 6 of T38N, R03E, MDB&M; Sections 23, 24, 25, 35, and 36 of T39N, R02E, MDB&M; Sections 30 and 31 of T39N R03E, MDB&M.
