Dona Ana County - Casa de Peregrinos Food Pantry - Chaparral [Re-Bid] INVITATION TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids, for the construction of Dona Ana County - Casa de Peregrinos Food Pantry - Chaparral (Re-Bid) will be received by the Dona Ana County Purchasing Agent at the Dona Ana Manager's Office, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, New Mexico 88007 until 2:00 p.m. M.T. February 12, 2026. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Dona Ana Manager's conference room # TBD. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened. The Base Bid Scope of Work includes new facilities to house the Dona Ana County Casa de Peregrinos Food Pantry at the current Betty McKnight Center site. The project includes a food warehouse with a Walk-in Cooler and Freezer, as well as an intake area, office, restrooms, and related facilities.
