Draft Notice - Outpatient Clinic, Columbia, TN The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information to inform consultation in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. VA is proposing to lease a property at 910 Hatcher Lane, Columbia, Tennessee to execute a build-to-suit lease for a new outpatient clinic. This new clinic will serve veterans in the Middle Tennessee region. There are no known National Register of Historic Places listed or eligible properties on the proposed site.
