The Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at the City of Dyersburg Public Works Building, at 435 Highway 51 Bypass South, Dyersburg, TN on June 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. Representatives of the Engineer and the Owner will be available to accompany potential bidders to the project site.
