ENGLAND ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - NOTICE OF CHANGE OF DATE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO HEAR AND ADOPT CREATION OF SUB-DISTRICT NO. 4 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the February 18, 2026, Special Board meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the England Economic Industrial Development District to hear any and all objections to the creation of the proposed England District Sub-District No. 4, and after disposing of all objections, if there be any, to adopt a resolution designating a project area and creating said England District Sub-District No. 4 and defining the boundaries thereofadopt, HAS BEEN CANCELED. The Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District will meet in open and public session at a regularly scheduled meeting at the 1611 Arnold Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana, on 26th day of February, 2026, at or about 4:00 o'clock p.m. immediately following the duly noticed and public Committee meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District, and will on that date and time hear any and all objections to the creation of the proposed England District Sub-District No. 4, and after disposing of all objections, if there be any, the Board of Commissioners shall, if it determines to do so, adopt a resolution designating a project area and creating said England District Sub-District No. 4 and defining the boundaries thereof. The Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District will serve as the governing authority of England District Sub-District No. 4 The England Economic and Industrial Development District previously advertised on February 13, 2026, and February 15, 2026, its notice of intention to designate the project area and create England District Sub-District No. 4 within the District.
