Notice is hereby given that the Englewood Zoning Board of Adjustment, City of Englewood, New Jersey at a Virtual Public Hearing held on Monday July 28, 2025 voted to grant preliminary and final major site plan approval, a "D" or use variance to permit the proposed indoor recreation use which is not permitted in the RIM Research, Industry, Medical District Zone and the following "C" or bulk variances: (1) required minimum parking spaces for minimum required parking spaces; (2) minimum required parking stall width for regular vehicles; (3) minimum required parking stall width for small vehicles; (4) minimum required parallel parking stall length for small vehicles; (5) minimum required width for parking areas and drive aisles. The written Resolution was memorialized and adopted on May 9, 2025.
