NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Escalon Unified School District of San Joaquin County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT, will receive up to, but no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2026, sealed Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the award of a contract for the lease and maintenance of copier equipment as outlined in RFP #ESC2526-02.
The Request for Proposal #ESC2526-02 is available electronically on the district website, www.escalonusd.org and navigating to the bottom of the page to the RFPs / RFQs link.
All RFP responses should be sealed and clearly marked with the District name and RFP number. All proposals must be received at the Escalon Unified School District Office, 1520 Yosemite Avenue, Escalon, CA 95320. It is the responsibility of the proposer to deliver the proposal to the proper office at the proper time.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process. No proposer may withdraw their proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the receipt of proposals.
