ETNA TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Trustees Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The applicant, T&R Properties, is requesting Board of Trustees approval of a final development plan for Parcels 010-016866-00.000 and 010-016872-00.000 in the PMUD Planned Mixed-Use Development District and a text amendment to Appendix-A-JBW-PMUD. The proposed final development plan and text amendment will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the following location: The Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday by appointment. If a meeting needs to be cancelled it will be decided at least two hours prior to the meeting and notification being placed on the township website, and radio station WCLT 100.3FM will also be notified.
