EUGENE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Monday, June 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Eugene City Council will conduct a public hearing on the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING POLYSTYRENE AND SINGLE-USE BAG REGULATIONS; AMENDING SECTIONS 6.850, 6.855, 6.874 AND 6.876 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; DELETING SECTION 6.878 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. This public hearing will be held in-person and remotely using virtual meeting technology. Information about online options for participation will be available by 5:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026, at https://www.eugene-or.gov/3360/Webcasts-and-Meeting-Materials. Written testimony may be sent to mayorcouncilandcitymanager@eugene-or.gov or to Eugene City Manager's Office, 500 E 4th Avenue, Suite 302, Eugene, OR 97401.
