Mr. David Dahl and Mrs. Amy Russo-Dahl of Wilmington, NC announce the engagement of their daughter Melissa Catherine Russo, to Ethan Joseph Shea, son of Mr. David Shea and Mrs. Melissa Shea of Fairfax, VA.
The future bride graduated Magna Cum Laude from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Education, Master of Arts in Education, and was a Division 1 rower for LaSalle. She is currently employed as a teacher for the afterschool program at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.
The future groom graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A 1st Lieutenant and Emergency Nurse at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany, he reports to Brook Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas for critical care nursing training in August 2026.
A July 2026 wedding is planning in Tuscany, Italy. The couple will reside in San Antonio after the wedding.
