Engineering Services Fair Winds Condominium Village Association, Inc. (Association) is requesting qualifications (RFP) from consulting engineering firms interested in providing water distribution system engineering services to the Corporation for a project qualifying under Florida's State Revolving Fund (SRF) DW580730. A firm will be selected based on qualifications in accordance with the Florida Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), with an emphasis on water engineering and funding experience. Interested firms must submit three (3) unbound original copies and one digital copy of the complete response package in PDF format.
