Evesham Township Resolution No. 2025-PB-17 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Township Planning Board at a public hearing held November 20, 2025 granted Aero Haven Solar, LLC amended final site plan approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-50. This request was assigned Planning Board Application Number #P25-16. The property is located at located at 450 Kettle Run Road and is known as Block 63 Lot 1 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Evesham. The solar facility was granted initial approvals in 2019 as Resolution No. PB 19-11 and a solar array was thereafter constructed. In 2022, the approvals were amended as Resolution 2022-PB-01. In 2025, the Evesham Planning Board required a hearing to grant amendments for a newly located utility interconnection to the northwest of the property to Kettle Run Road. The approving resolution was memorialized on January 8, 2026 as Resolution 2025-PB-17.
