YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the office of Anthony L. Velasquez, Esq., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 575 Route 70, 2nd Floor, Brick, NJ 08724, an answer to the complaint filed in a civil action in which Trystone Capital Assets, LLC, is the Plaintiff and 151 Dutch Lane Road, LLC; et al, are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after May 14, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be recorded against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and amendment to complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are advised of the right to exercise the affirmative defense of surplus equity to this foreclosure action per Tyler v. Hennepin, 598 U.S. 631 (2023). You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the county of venue. The action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Tax Sale Certificate No. 23-00001 dated November 29, 2023 made by John D. Antonides, Tax Collector of the Township of Colts Neck, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, to Trystone Capital Assets, LLC and covers real estate property located in the Township of Colts Neck, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, known as Block 11, Lot 3.02 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Colts Neck, and commonly known as 151 Dutch Lane Road, Colts Neck, New Jersey.
YOU, 151 DUTCH LAND ROAD, LLC, are made a party Defendant in the abovementioned action by virtue of the owner of the Property.
YOU, KAMAL VIRDI, are made a party Defendant in the abovementioned action by virtue of a Notice of Settlement against the Property.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorney of the Plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
