YOU, 151 DUTCH LAND ROAD, LLC, are made a party Defendant in the abovementioned action by virtue of the owner of the Property. YOU, KAMAL VIRDI, are made a party Defendant in the abovementioned action by virtue of a Notice of Settlement against the Property.
