Orlando, Deceased, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and any of their successors in right, title and interest YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon Duane Morris LLP, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 30 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, an answer or motion to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which TD Bank, N.A., is plaintiff and Marc A. Orlando, deceased, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and any of their successors in right, title and interest, et al., are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after November 17, 2025, exclusive of such date. You shall file your answer or motion and proof of service with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, NJ 08625-0971.
