FDOT Truck Parking NOTICE OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AGENCY ACTION Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource Permit Application No. 934213 for the Florida Department of Transportation, 605 Suwannee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399. Application received: February 2, 2026. The proposed activity includes truck parking facilities in Section 7, Township 27S, Range 25E in Polk County, Florida. Project area: 51.0 acres. Aquatic Preserve: No. The permit application is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at 7601 U.S. 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637. The permit application is also available online through the District's regpermitting system: Environmental Resource Permit Apps. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
