William Horwood, Lonnie Horwood, Tristan Himes, Katlin Horwood, Tate Horwood, Larry Horwood, Linda Horwood, Lathen Horwood, and Lane Horwood, each of Sterling City, Texas, along with Carly Horwood Janca of San Angelo, Texas, Trisha Horwood Halfmann of Garden City, Texas, Lyle Horwood of Ringgold, Texas, Lisa Horwood Spanjer of San Antonio, Texas, Laura Bibb of Llano, Texas, and Ellen Shoemaker of Helotes, Texas, all as a group acting in concert under the Change in Bank Control Act, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain 10 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of Sterling City Bancshares, Inc., Sterling City, Texas. Sterling City Bancshares, Inc. controls The First National Bank of Sterling City, Sterling City, Texas. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
