FEMA Rebid: PWC2526048: STORM SUPPORT: REBID MATERIALS CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION ADVERTISEMENT FOR REBID FAYETTEVILLE PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION Cumberland County North Carolina Pursuant to 2 CFR § 200.320, bids are solicited and will be received at Fayetteville Public Works Commission, Procurement Department, 955 Old Wilmington Road, Fayetteville, NC 28301, for the following bids: PWC2526048: STORM SUPPORT: REBID MATERIALS CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION Bids and Specifications, including Contract Documents and Bid Schedules, will be available on the PWC Procurement Website at https://www.faypwc.com/purchasing. for viewing and downloading on February 24, 2026. PWC may receive financial assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The bidder to whom the agreement is awarded shall comply with the statutory requirements of Federal Uniform Guidance (UG) and FEMA. These provisions will be specified in an addendum to the service agreement, and samples are included in the bid solicitations. Certified Historically Underutilized Business Certified vendors are encouraged to submit a bid for this solicitation. Subcontractors will have access to a list of bidders that consists of potential PRIME CONTRACTORS. Subcontractors may submit a request for this list by emailing: procurement@faypwc.com. Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or technicalities as permitted by law, to disregard nonconforming or nonresponsive bids, and to re-advertise for bids if deemed in the best interest of PWC. The bid tabulation and announcement of the apparent low bidder at the bid opening do not constitute a binding contract with PWC. No contract will be considered awarded until a formal written Agreement is executed by both PWC and the successful bidder.
