FLORENCE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The undersigned has appealed to the Township of Florence Zoning Board of Adjustment to grant variances or exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance as applied to premises situated at 2128 Route 130, Florence Township, and shown as Block 165.01, Lot 8, on the tax map of the Township of Florence. The premises is owned by Danmon Realty, L.L.C. and located in a highway commercial zone.
Applicant requests that permission be granted as follows. Relief is being sought from Section Number(s) 216, 219, 291, 282-284 and 60 of the Code of the Florence Township Use Chapter 91 for expansion of a non-conforming use and conditional use and minor site plan to add spaces for sale of used cars at an existing used car dealership, and any and all other sections of the Florence Township Land Use Code as the board may require.
The date of the public hearing on the application has been scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Complex, 711 Broad Street, Florence, New Jersey 08518. If this meeting is to be held in person as well as virtually, information on how to attend virtually this meeting will be provided on the below website prior to the meeting.
The application and plans are on file in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and available for public inspection during normal business hours or by viewing on the township's website: www.florence-nj.gov.
