FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE ELECTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that one or more vacancies exist on the Board of Directors of FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. Pursuant to Section 32-1-808(2)(a)(1), C.R.S., any qualified eligible elector of the District may file a letter of interest in filling the Board's vacancies.
